Yes thank you.. xDD Obviously it is different, but it can be worked around... I think it could end up being possible, let's just see what other sprite related versions of the pokemon are throughout the games xD Maybe the Pokedex ones work better and are different, who knows.. xD

Either way people are gonna try lolz

I thought he meant hopes in reply to that picture, because it was a sprite.

I thought it was a sprite, got excited, then i saw the shadowing.

oh well.

I do like the move screen thing though.

What gets my attention with that picture is how they have their STAB move at lv5 and not lv7, that could make your first rival battle a whole different ball game Shocked

Not quite sure if this is the right place to ask, but I wanted to know if anyone here had any suggestions for a good drawing pad and program for drawing on the computer for a fair price.

I've been getting back into drawing lately, but I just can't handle using paper (blasted eraser marks) and I'm fairly paranoid of anyone irl finding my drawings.  I'm willing to make the investment, as long as it isn't something terribly overpriced.

i use a tooya tablet and i don't remember how much it cost, but i do use a program called paint tool sai to draw. it cost like sixty dollars from what i remember, but that's a small price compared to other programs like photoshop. there's also a free program called firealpaca that i recently downloaded but i haven't really used it so i couldn't give you my opinion on it.

Wacom Bamboo is cheap and well worth it.
And Paint.net is a great software.
Before I would have said GIMP but GIMP is always such a pain to install...

I actually already have GIMP installed, although I've only ever used it for sprite editing.

Well it works a bit like Photoshop.
What will save you is layers.
Seriously, you make a layer and draw on it a bit.
If you gotta add stuff over what you've drawn, or behind (like a background), make new layers.
That way you can easily go back between your steps without always having to erase everything.

Also, masks. Masks on layers are awesome once you get the hang of it.

And practice makes perfect.

I lack practice. XD
I haven't drawn in a while!
I always wanna get back to it but after my job I just watch anime or play games cause I'm exhausted. D;

Ok, so I'm buying the Wacom Bamboo today, but I need advice on which model to get.

The Capture Pen & Touch is a more affordable price ($68) but it's really small (5.8 x 3.6 inches).
The Create Pen & Touch is much more expensive ($162), has a much more reasonable screen size (8.5 x 5.4 inches), and has stylus eraser support.

I'm really stumped, the Capture has everything I need feature-wise, but it's far too small.  While the Create has a perfect size and a few more helpful features, but it's MUCH more expensive D:

Edit: Well, I decided to buy it.  A lot of people were suggesting it and saying it was great for the price, so I decided to give it a go.

I wouldn't recommend buying a drawing program okay
Use Firealpaca
It's what I use and it is amazing
My sister also uses it and prefers it over photoshop and SAI (the Mac version)

Oh, I'm just using just GIMP for the drawing program, the Bamboo is the drawing pad.
