Jynx is now officially the first pokemon in BL3 (between NU and RU) after a suspect vote banned it from the NU tier. Heat Rock and Damp Rock were also in the suspect vote for NU but were not removed. http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4219435#post4219435 |

oooh a BL3, interesting xD poor Jynx, I didnt realise it was causing problems but yeah that special attack is rough as for the rocks, yeah weather is pretty balanced in NU and without the rocks they would be trash but I'm glad they are paying attention to NU as a tier with this stuff  |

NU is apparently the most played metagame outside of OU, so it's nice a lot of people play it.
And yea the competant Jynx player could easily net 2 kos a match in NU. 95 speed is very good coupled with it's great offensive movepool and Lovely Kiss. Basically Jynx was vey easy to use to break down a vast majority of NU.

Yea pretty much the only thing I an think of that can actually take hits from Jynx in NU was Eviolite Metang (+2 LO Focus Blast should probably 2hko him though bar miss) and threaten her with Bullet Punch/Meteor Mash. |
