Alan Shore: A beat. Yes. Mr Borns may be innocent. Judge Christopher Serra: The jury disagreed. And legally that issue has been settled. Alan Shore: The DNA evidence shows somebody else was there. Judge Christopher Serra: But it does not disprove that your client was also there. And, your guy confessed by the way. Alan Shore: My client has an IQ of eighty; he was interrogated for sixteen hours. Judge Lance Abrams: Coercion was never raised. Help guys! I don't understand the last bit. Elaborate please?

I do believe that questions like this should either be in the ToT or, if you insist on it being it's own topic, in spam. And question wise, I suggest looking up the word on Dictionary.com

crap! this was meant to be a reply to the ToT!! DX
and i looked it up and know what it means, but i dont understand what the actual sentence itself means. it was never raised? would that mean no one made a point that coercion was involved? and how did coercion come into the topic to start with?

9. Threads must have a sensible title. When creating a new thread, make sure the thread's title gives a clear and specific idea of its content. For example, never name a deck thread "Best team ever" or name a thread asking a question, "Can you help me?" Give them specific titles. In the case of a question, it is advised to ask the question, or at least part of it, in the title, and go into further detail in the thread itself (ex: "Need help building an RU Team?"). Also, be aware of the topics made. Try to not create the same topic that was already made.
and I don't know.

court case thingy And what subject is this >.>
engrish i just wrote that i think the point of coercion was mentioned because a "slow" person was interrogated for a really long amount of time, and probably involved persuasive speech or force to make him confess
