The cable company who kept rubbing themselves saying there are no other cable companies and doing all they could to be horrible to their customers. Time Warner Cable, Comcast, and Charter are all like that and do just that to their customer base, because they have monopolies in a LOT of areas so people are forced to use them or pay outrageous money for a satellite provider which goes out whenever theres a storm or something.
