So, that won't work.
I bought a 1-year warranty with EB Games but it was over in March.
So no more warranty.

That means I'm still looking for a fix to this:
Anyone here has a PlayStation 3D Display?
http://us.playstation.com/ps3/accessories/sony-playstation-3d-display-ps3/index.html

Mine is failing on the sound.

After a while the sound starts to glitch and lag and stutter.
If I switch between entries, it gets back to normal.
But it starts again later.
If I plug earphones in it, it still does it.

If I plug my earphones directly in the audio card of my PC, the sound is OK.

This is weird because of the fact that the sound bugs from both the speakers and headphone jack.
So I guess it's not a speaker problem.

Any ideas?

Sent what in? For what purpose?
When you get extended warranties they usually require you to send in some warranty info to activate the warranty.

and you need a new screen, or don't use the screens speakers and get a cheap speaker system for your computer.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking of doing.
And when the display dies altogether, I'll buy an LG.
The PS display sounds great but it has so much bugs and from what I read, 50% of them are lemons.

Ok. so for some reason, data transfer from my external HDD is going way slower than normal, which means I can't listen to music and browse my various picture folders at the same time without both freezing up as the programs wait for the data from the HD. I tried a different USB cable, different USB ports, and now I am at a loss as to what could possibly be causing this sudden change. Any ideas?

Defraggler told me it'd be a week once
took it like 8 hours.

It's not always spot on with time.

Welp, after 3 days, the defrag only made it to 78% before it stopped defragging, and from what files it was trying to fix, it seemed like it wouldnt finish cuz those files were most likely ones it didnt have correct permissions to use, so I stopped it.

It went from 71 to 31GB of defragmented files, and now everything seems to be working just fine. i wish windows could use EXT4 file system like linux so I wouldnt have to deal with this crap q.q

If it was a permissions thing, make sure you right click and run as administrator.

Would it allow windows to move linux files around freely? Cuz it was trying to defrag my mint backup but all the files I could tell were locked to everyone.

What does EXT4 do?
it does file managing better so you don't ever have to defrag, except maybe once a decade if that. NTFS cant do anything right and requires constant defragging, and with 1.5TB that takes too long ;-;

So I am trying to remove some folders from my external, and one is an old mint backup, most of it was deleted except for a couple of folders residing deep in the usr folder, and the error I get trying to delete them, even in root, is Error removing file: Directory not empty

But the folders are empty, I even showed hidden files. the fuck do I do to delete these things? It wont even let me change the permissions so i am the owner! D:
