With team preview, you can adjust your lead based upon what you see in your opponents team. Given what I see, I would automatically suspect Deoxys as the lead as the rocks user, so you need to be able to counter what your opponent has prepared for it (Taunt, Sleep, Spin, etc), or better yet you can change up your lead to something else to throw off your opponent. Just because you have a rocks user doesn't mean it has to be your lead.

Run HP Ice on Raikou, you have a Grass user and Chandelure can run Energy Ball.

Also, either Heracross or Chandelure needs to be scarfed.

i was gonna scarf Chandelure.

so i could remove Deoxys completely? and run some other entry hazard poke, but not have it as my lead?

I did not say remove it, Deoxys-D is fairly good but it's fairly obvious as to what it wants to do, I just meant that team preview removes the sense of standard leads, you have to adapt to what you see your opponent has.

ahh, yeah your right, ive noticed that a few time, when ive gone in theyve tried to counter my leads. when you rearrange in preview, does your opponent see the changes? or does it stay the same

You don't see your opponent's lead selection until you're actually in the battle.

You're welcome, you have an interesting balanced team in terms of types used. Try it out a bit and see how people fair against and you can further change when necessary.

edit:

Im gonna try to build a team now, and see what i can come up with.... here it is: its quick mind you:

Lead - Deoxys (Defense) - Will run a set to quickly set up spikes/stealth rock, and use it as a physical and special wall when needed
Physical Sweeps - Heracross - Basically just brute force, physical sweep
Core 1 - Chandelure - Dont know what to use it as, considering special sweep, but i got shaymin for that so idk
Core 2 - Milotic - Bulky as FUUU, for stalls, status effects (causing) and switch ins
Core 3 - Shaymin - Special Sweeper
Main - Raikou - Substitute and Calm Mind....

also just realized, i didnt really check any kind of synergy, and in turn didnt chose a "glue"

if you want I can meet you on po with my current UU team. I only have two of them bred in game so yeah. this will help me get a better idea of what your team is capable of. I can then make some suggestions.

Bumping this thread for a quick assessment on my OU Stall Team:

Tyranitar - "Glue" - basically there for stealth rocks, and general coverage against threats
Forretress - Spiker/ToxiSpiker/Rapid Spinner - This is pretty standard, nothing much really thats forretress does run. EV spread is for sponging special attacks
Dragonite - Sweep - The closest thing i have to a sweeper on this team, even though im running a decent amount of bulk on him, hes a bit laborious to set up though
Jellicent - Counter - Im sure you guys know what jellicent is for, blocking rapid spin, stalling like a boss, and generally outlasting as many poke's as possible
Chansey - Physical Wall/Clericish - The usual chansey with eviolite and wish, pretty standard
Skarmory - Physical Wall - Whirlwind is the main force here. forcing the switch out on things i just dont wanna deal with for the time being

what does everyone think? i think its fairly balanced, i had a little trouble with Quagsire on my test battle, but it was alright apart from that

Chansey is not a physical wall, yes it can takes physical hits better but it can't wall the likes of OU physical threats on its own.

Anyway choose between Foretress and skarm. Tyranitar sets up rocks, choose between Rapid Spin or Roosting s they can both set up Spikes.

You may consider:
Celebi
Landorus
Terrakion
Mamoswine

(You need a high speed threshold)
