Comparison between my graphics card and the one I'm planning on getting: http://www.hwcompare.com/11334/radeon-hd-5450-vs-radeon-hd-7970/

I didn't fully understand how bad my card was until I saw it only uses 19 watts...
I have 256 mb of integrated intel graphics. Beat that! D:<

Announcement says we have to wait 5 minutes extra for lunch.
5 min later, same announcements except the principal said "we are looking for something important that went missing"
through modern technology, we find that what is missing is a 1 L bottle of pure potassium, if you know chemistry this is highly reactive to water.
We are locked in the class room for 1 hour and a half, we aren't allowed to leave.
4 police cruisers, 2 ambulances and a 7 man fire crew show up.
after the ordeal, and our lunch period (took place at 12:00-1:00pm instead of 10:38-12:00pm)
the prinicpal confirmed that
"A student in our school had stolen a bottle containing a highly explosive substance. We apolojize for making the school have to wait for their lunch periods, and as such the classes have been shortened to 45minutes long. Thanks to the clarkson students, you behaved very well. Because of legal reasons this is all of the information we can release"
Kid was black
Kid was arrested.

Lesson learned? Black kids shouldn't go in chemistry classes.

What exactly happens if potassium mixes with water?

all that for a bit of pottassium?  I've worked with that stuff before in chemistry and sure it's reactive, but it's not as bad as to involve the need for all those emergency services to that degree.

it fizzes strongly and makes a quick flame before releasing some hydrogen gas in the air and leaving the new chemical behind.

for all we knew at the time, he could have been plotting to mix it with a bunch of chems and blow up the school.
