I just got in a huge argument with my mom because she wants to take the family up to the mountains to live for a couple weeks starting on December 21st so we can hide from the radiation because she believe that Obama is going to cause the economy to collapse when the mayan calendar ends, like the bible says so, apparently.
I've had to put up with alot of crazy in my family, but this has reached a new level. I asked her what makes her think the mayan calender ending will cause the US economy to collapse and she said because it always predicts correctly. I gave her credit for knowing that the mayan calender was always right, but at predicting the date.
I'm going to get to spend Christmas with my parents and a bunch of other conspiracy theorists smoking pot all month -_-
Oh and get this, they won't bring any technology with them to protect the seeds (don't ask, I don't even get it), so they are going to send down a scouting party after December 21st to see if society is in collapse yet >.<

Just pack up your stuff and leave the night before, take all your parents cash as they wont need it, buy a bus ticket, and head out to an athiest save haven listed on reddit thats as far away from you as possibly and get a jerb and such. Or explain to your parents that the cars they will be using all have electronics in them that the gubment can track and if they truely wanted to be technology free, they need a 1899 or earlier car. :u |
