We live in an era where the Internet is omnipresent.
So why would these current conflicts be anything but World War 3?

They hacked about ten different sites, those being various FBI/etc sites and also a few music companies because it's the record companies' fault because they couldnt deal with competition to their archaic methods (they are pointless middle men, the internet allowed artists to go directly to the person) and so they bribe the FBI and such to shut down megaupload because of that new thing megaupload were bringing out that would have been competition. This is just corruption of biblical proportions! (and seriously it is the kind of thing you can find in the bible, the prophet Amos was talking about behaviour that pretty much is echoed with the behaviour of today) |

my brother, who is a music journalist, was sayign that there was some company that was coming through that was going to sell music, like itunes, but 90% of the profits would go to the artists, and apparently all the major record labels where HUGELY against it, because they would lose so much money. because of the fact that basically all the artists would move to this company where they 90% as apposed to basically splitting, if not getting less than 50% |
