Couldn't handle the freedom Android gives you? Tongue

I have a Nexus 4 which I'm in love with. Looking forward to hearing about the Nexus 5, too. Although I doubt it'll be at Google's IO this year but Limepie should make an appearance at least. I saved so much money with a Nexus 4 on pay as you go. (12gbp a month for unlimited internet, texting, and calls :p)

(lol seriously - The Nexus 4 is almost double the price in retail stores compared to on the Google store. And even worse on a contract! Ugh)
I am so jelly! The nexus 4 seems so glorious! :<

I'm in love with mine! Apart from the fact that you sell your soul to Google: which was going to happen sooner-or-later anyway.

Be honest, if google took over the world, would anyone mind? Everything would go modern and open source Tongue

Indeed.
I don't mind Google's eye watching my every movement like the eye of Sauron.

My only problem is that whatever side you pick, you're locked in. We can't grab up our stuff and go elsewhere.
Oh and they keep trying to force Google+ on me when I don't want it >< Already deleted my account like 6 times after they activated it again.

Well, it's like MS.
When you open an MS account you automatically get a Skype, Outlook, Xbox, SkyDrive, etc.
Google may possess more different stuff though so you get more accounts in your account.
Bigger is better. Kind of a controversial statement right? XD

My bro experienced MS' bs first hand yesterday.
His Live account for Games for Windows LIVE was tagged as a child account. He's 21.
He needed parental approval to play.
But they won't explain how to do it.
It was quite the problem. They just tell an adult 'You're too young to play, get your parents!'

I was able to make it work but what the heck really...

Your bro must have a bad taste in games if he got labeled a child

Not really.
The game he wanted to play was Lost Planet 2. It's kinda cool.
Looks cool too.
And Crysis 3. But he gotta change his graphics card cause he can't run DX11.

Haha, I don't have an Xbox for good reason Tongue

I remember when I was like 14 or so, I tried buying Billy Hatcher when it was released from my local game store. I got told that I couldn't buy it because apparently it was an 18. We're talking about Billy Hatcher here!

We don't have one either.
But with MS' new face, they changed all their stuff.
Now, playing Games for Windows LIVE games on our PC is the EXACT same as playing a game on Xbox LIVE.
It's nice in a way but there are issues...

Games for Windows Live anyone? OH GOD NO! Haven't actually had issues with it on Windows 7 but on Windows XP I had one hell of a time trying to get games to work which came with GFWL. If they worked, they would lag. Tend to stay away from GFWL games nowadays.

And now they have a Marketplace which doesn't even work.
You still gotta go to their website to see anything.
And it comes with GFWL. It is horrible.

They're still trying to get it to take off? And they're adding more features on-top of something that didn't work in the first place? Awesome!
