Information on Ranks, Level System, and more.

As on any forum, the ranks represent posting thresholds. Therefore, the more you post the higher the rank you'll be. There are 21 ranks on the forum. You will have to discover how many posts gets you to the next rank on your own (no spoilers). On Evionet, we embrace NFE's (Not Fully Evolved Pokemon) as they are the pokemon that can make use of the Eviolite stone. You will notice that the ranks will feature such pokemon.

Once you reach Rank 5, a special board will be revealed for loyal members.

You may also notice there is a level indicator to the left of posts for every member beneath the usernames. This is the Karma system of the forum. If you are unfamiliar with Karma, it is essentially rating other users for their posts. If you really like what the user posted, you give them an Up-Grade. If a user spams, or you dislike what is posted, you give them a Dubious Disc.

The karma system here is custom to go along with the Eviolite theme of the forum and our mascot Porygon. As you know, Porygon evolved twice by the use of items (first evolution, Porygon2 by Up-Grade and final evolution, Porygon-Z by the Dubious Disc). As mentioned before, our forum embraces pokemon that haven't reached their final evolution, which is why increasing one's level is done through Up-Grade and decreasing is done through Dubious Disc (because Porygon2 can still use the Eviolite stone while Porygon-Z cannot).

If you wish to trade and battle, you can post your FC for easy access by other members. Your fc will appear on your profile and on every post (underneath your post count). To add your friend code, go to your profile and click "Forum Profile Information" (this is the same place where you can edit your signature, avatar, custom title, and more.)
