To get around DOT laws and such, it will be registered as a motorcycle in most countries, and is expected to cost about 50k.
I hope this takes off so we can have open source kit cars. Can you imagine how glorious it will be to have a car made exactly how you want it down to the smallest detail?

My dad heard something like this a while ago where someone said that they saw a 3-D printer make a working assault rifle. Problem is, my dad has no idea what a 3-D printer is so he kept going on a rant about a gun being made of paper...
But on topic, that looks pretty cool

Yeah it's meant entirely for getting dem EM PEE GEES, but if it takes off, you could in theory get a body made to look however you want.
