Well, I just thought hearing opinions outside of here may be better for me.
From non Pokemon fans. Like myself.

Non Pokemon fans said there were plenty upgrades and changes in BW but there weren't too much in the sequel.

And anyway:
Ive gotten sick of repeating the games over and over and such, but BW2 is a good refresh if you want something to do.

I prefer many games over BW2, but BW2 is something to do, it has probably the best selection of pokemon of any pokemon game ever.

Also what do you expect. DS has been around since 2004. Gameboy was only from 2001 to 2006.
DS has been around for almost 10 years, so I'm not surprised a lot of Pokemon games where on it.

Well, the 3DS was out for BW though...
BW was released much before the 3DS in Japan. And a few weeks before NA's 3DS.
Gamefreak never leave a generation with 2 games, so that is probably where black and white 2 came from.
