Gamestop even has a deal where you can get 1 of the games for a $15 trade in.
By that logic I could have /both/ games for The Last Of Us.

that seems like a good deal, it'll be a shame if she stops you from getting it.  Can't you say that you know more about games than her and know that it's fine for people your age?  Some things are just ageless, Nintendo has family fun that really even an old guy could enjoy.  I'll likely be Pokémon-ing for all eternity.

The thing is my Mother isn't like culturally ignorant. She very knows all of nintendo and all that. Same with movies and games.

But the fact we can't avoid is that Nintendo DOES Target pokemon has an 8-12 year old age.
We all know this, but the real market is 13+ imo.
But Nintendo's Marketing team thinks otherwise.

Pokémon Smash - XY Exhibition Match

During the final episode of Pokémon Smash, it was finally fully showcased how Mega Evolutions work in battle, answering a question that has been in place in some parts of the fandom since the revelation. It proved that you can have a Mega Evolution in combat if your opponent also has one, with this footage being the first showcase of two Mega Evolutions being seen in battle, as seen in this battle where Mega Ampharos was used against Mega Blaziken confirming that it is one per trainer in battle, not one overall per battle.

Pokémon Smash Distribution

Following on from the Sableye event, during the episode of Pokémon Smash today, the details of the final Pokémon Smash themed giveaway were given. This distribution runs from today until October 6th across the Pokémon Centres in Japan and provides the Pokémon Politoed and Kingdra based upon the Pokémon used by Pokémon Smash staff member, Hiroshi Yamamoto in his various battles. The Politoed has its Hidden Ability of Drizzle while the Kingdra has its ability of Swift Swim. The Events Database has been updated with the details of this event
