Everyone should own and carry a gun because it's easier than carrying a cop.

And back in the day when errbody owned guns, crime wasn't as common because the criminals were worried about wether or not the victim had a gun or not. >.>

He would have to spend another 20k because they have to set it up again and get permits and a whole bunch of other stuff and he's too cheap for that.
