i just went back and looked at my copy of pokemon white and WOWEE ZOWEE i did a lot of trading!! 550 hours, 14 boxes filled with shiny pokemon and over 1,000 link trades. i have a bunch of shiny porygon-z that i remember literally everybody would have at least one of for some reason, too.

if you're talking about the cobalion then yea uncanny valley can apply, i tried to make it look real while staying true to its design (i forgot the fuzzy things on its shoulders oops). if you think about it, a lot of pokemon would look really grotesque if they were real.

my art style keeps jumping around, i can't settle on going either cartoony or realistic and it's kind of just blended into both

i've lost a lot of interest in pokemon and pretty much in video games altogether. i might buy x or y but i can't say i'll ever play it if i do; i bought copies of both black 2 and white 2 last year and neither of them have even been opened.

i want it to be winter so i can buy the gorgeous series from gracie Q_Q
