Pokémon X and Y Fan Community

Zohaib has resigned as our Tech Advisor and Aidan hasn't logged in for over a month (which I am taking as an understood leave of absence/resignation as well), so we are looking for one new member to join the Evionet staff. The new moderator will be expected to log in regularly and monitor posts, just like the other staff, and to maintain a grounded presence in the community as well.

There will be an application process as before. All prospective applicants must pm their apps to me no later than August 23, 2012 in order to be considered for the position. Please answer all the following questions completely. Thank you.

A. What skills/past experience do you have that will make you a good moderator?

B. What do you like most about the forum right now?

C. What do you believe needs improvement or needs to be introduced to Evionet that you would like to bring to the table? How would you go about putting your plan into action?

D. What is your history on Evionet? What have you done, created, or said that makes you stand out?

E. How much time do you intend to put into the position?

Bonus: What is your Pokemon team right now?
